Cancellations and refunds
The contests that set a rank are free for everyone. A membership is optional: it renews every month or every year until you cancel it, and premium contests are never sold one at a time.
Cancelling a membership
Bought in a browser: cancel in the app, under Settings, then Membership.
Bought in the app on an iPhone or iPad: cancel in your Apple account’s subscription settings.
Bought in the app on Android: cancel in your Google Play subscriptions.
A cancelled membership does not renew. It stays on until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds
Apple and Google refund purchases made in their stores under their own policies; ask them directly.

Deleting your account
Deleting your account cancels a membership bought in a browser.
A membership bought in the App Store or on Google Play is managed by Apple or Google: cancel it there as well.
