Daily practice
Daily maths practice for Classes 2–12
Maths rewards a little practice often far more than a long session once a week. A few questions every day keep number facts quick and problem solving sharp.
Every daily has maths at the student’s own level. Word problems, number sense and mental arithmetic for the younger groups; ratios, algebra, geometry and data for the older ones.
Each subject earns 1 to 5 stars from its own rating, and the best 3 subjects build the Ado Rank.
What it covers, by age
- Ages 6–8
Counting, place value, adding and taking away, shapes, simple money and time.
- Ages 9–11
Multiplication and division, fractions, measurement, perimeter and area, word problems.
- Ages 12–14
Ratios and percentages, integers, simple equations, angles and data handling.
- Ages 15–17
Algebra, geometry, probability and quick reasoning with numbers.
Sample questions
Today is Wednesday. What day will it be in 16 days?
Level 4 of 5Show the answer
Answer: Friday
Every 7 days the day repeats. In 14 days it is Wednesday again. Two more days make it Friday.
Find the value of x in the equation: 3x + 5 = 26.
Level 1 of 5Show the answer
Answer: 7
Subtract 5 from both sides to get 3x = 21. Dividing both sides by 3 gives x = 7.
Aarav and Bina can complete a landscaping project together in 12 days. Aarav works alone for the first 4 days and leaves. Bina then finishes the remaining work alone in 20 days. In how many days could Bina complete the entire project on her own?
Level 4 of 5Show the answer
Answer: 24 days
Four days of joint work completes 4/12 = 1/3 of the task. Bina finishes the remaining 2/3 in 16 days alone, meaning she needs 24 days for the full job.
